• Are all relevant business rules listed or referred to?
• Are the business rules presented in a maintainable, navigable form?
• Are the categories of business rules well defined?
• Are there overlaps between categories?
• Can the categories be expected to change?

• Is it easy to find a particular business rule?
• Is it easy to identify the impact of changes to a particular business rule?
• Is each business rule uniquely identifiable, either by a short descriptive name or by a number?
• Is each business rule stated clearly?
• Is each business rule understandable?
• Is there only one possible interpretation of each business rule?
• Is the context or subject of each business rule completely clear?
• Is each business rule both unambiguous and understandable?
• Are the business rules defined using consistent and correctly used language as defined in the Business Modeling Guidelines?
