Small Project Development Case : General Tailoring

Table of Contents - Introduction - General Tailoring - Project Lifecycle - Inception - Elaboration - Construction - Transition - ArtifactsTopics (on this page) - Reviews - Roles

Reviews

Artifacts identified as “formal deliverable” in this development case will be reviewed and approved by the customer at the appropriate Lifecycle Milestone Reviews scheduled in the Software Development Plan.

In addition, all artifacts are to be reviewed informally by at least one other person on the project, who approves the artifact before it is considered complete for a given milestone.  These may be walkthroughs or inspections - as decided by the reviewer. See Guidelines: Reviews for more information.

Any defects found during review which are not corrected prior to releasing for integration must be captured as Change Requests so that they are not forgotten.

Roles

On a small project, each person is responsible for a variety of roles. The person to role mapping will be defined in the Software Development Plan.
